I am a big hit in the dining room at my assisted living home for this and other non-skid socks - I am in a wheelchair and do not wear shoes because of swelling problems. I have most of your non-skid socks. Love them on the hardwood floors!

I love these socks! They are such a great conversation starter! My mom-in-law got me these last year (2011) for Christmas. I wore them ALL THE TIME! Seriously, at least once a week for a whole year with minimal deterioration. They maintained there integrity, just the shimmer stitch faded from multiple washings. I had to buy more because I accidentally ripped one on an edge. The foot tracks were also still intact. I would recommend washing them inside out for an even longer sock life.

I have these as well as the ballet slippers and the french mime socks. I love them all - they are adorable and comfy. BUT they are a tad too small. I wear a size 9.5 shoe, and these are not quite long enough, so the heel of the faux "shoe" does not reach the back of my foot, so you lose the fun design when looking at them on from the side or back. I wish Foot traffic would make their women's socks in TWO sizes, like other brands -- one 4-8ish and one 9-11. Their 4-10 size sounds like it would fit, but I'd say 9 is really the upper limit, maybe even 8.5.

The picture just doesn't do justice to the sparkliness of the ruby slippers! The sock material is incredibly warm & soft. And while it's good that they won't wear off anytime soon, the rubber treads are pretty thick and feel odd.

I wanted to purchase some more of them so I went online to foot traffic.
