Just what I expected from the picture. The waistband is loose, but that's what you get with a one-size-fits-most. Bought them for a costume--they will be fun.

I have been looking for a good pair of wet look leggings for over a year. most places were WAY too pricey, and have poor quality. These fit well, look excellent and are way cheaper than the places I was looking
