But, heaven forbid, if for any reason within 60 days you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, you can send the item back to us and we will provide you with another like item or a replacement item of equal value from our fine selection.

Here is how the guarantee works:

1. If you purchased the item from our Foot Traffic website or catalog, send us the item and the receipt.
2. If you purchased the item from another source such as a retailer or website, you must include the proof of purchase and send the item back to us postmarked 60 days or less from date of purchase as indicated on the receipt.
3. Once we receive your item, we will exchange it for another one (e.g. size, color) or an item of equal value from our catalog.

We do not pay shipping or sales tax on your return item, but will cover the sales tax and shipping of the item that you have selected as an exchange.
